• Exam eligibility requirements:
  Trainees may take an exam only after fulfilling all prerequisites, including uploading required attachments, documents, or tasks through the platform. Each exam may have specific requirements that must be completed as communicated in advance; taking the exam is not permitted if requirements are incomplete or incorrect.
• Training certificate issuance:
  A training certificate is issued after completing at least 40 accredited training hours within the program. Issuance also requires completing the required training hours and complying with all course requirements according to the organizer’s approved policies.
